Can my Condo association tell me how many people can live in my condo?

Associations have a great deal of power over their co-owners – subject to some obvious constitutional limitations. That said, if the Bylaws / Master Deed were amended to include these limitations after you purchased, you may have an argument. Likewise, if the original adoption of the limitation was somehow defective, you might have an argument.
